4/29/12: Wildflower Walk at Roe Jan Park

Explore the Roeliff Jansen Park with wildflower expert Janice Goldfrank who has spent over 35 years studying and documenting wildflowers in upstate New York.  Because most plants don’t bloom or flower for a full season, Janice has created a 19 “season” nature calendar to more accurately help you know what will be blooming when. Janice will help you spot and learn about whatever is in bloom in late April. Wear sturdy footgear that can get muddy. Meet at the kiosk by the parking lot on the east side.
