Bird Watching Walk in Roe Jan Park
On Monday April 23 at 7:30 AM, Rheinstrom Hill Assistant Warden and Educator Larry Federman will lead a birding walk in the Roe Jan Park. Whether you are an experienced birder or a beginner, you’ll be sure to enjoy a walk with Larry, who is so familiar with all the birds that can be found in our area. Bring binoculars, wear appropriate footwear and meet at the kiosk by the parking lot. Larry is a long time birder who believes environmental education is one of the most important keys to maintaining and furthering an appreciation of birds, wildlife, and their habitats, and in instilling a commitment to conservation.
